The Crisis Management Plan Writing workshop is designed to help you actually write a written plan for your organization. The instructor will interact with you to help you develop your individual plan components. This workshop will concentrate on the actual “nuts & bolts” of what it takes to write emergency action procedures and comprehensive crisis management plan components.
